Software helps companies manage the resum

With nearly 2,000 job applications coming into the company every week, Mosaic Canada was finding it difficult to maintain a consistent hiring process across the country and began looking for software that could help.

A field and sales marketing company based in Mississauga, Ont. that conducts promotional campaigns for companies like Labatt and Coca-Cola, Mosaic needs to fill about 3,600 positions for those campaigns across.

“We hire large amounts of individuals to do similar roles and we want to treat those people in the same fashion,” said Karen Scott, director of talent for Mosaic.
