The Province of Saskatchewan is committed to delivering the latest in online government services, but it plans on doing so in a very traditional, prairie manner.
“IT is a valuable shared resource. It must be co-managed,” explained E. Lynn Oliver, CIO for the Province of Saskatchewan. “We work in a collaborative manner. We’re not a central authority. The way we approach it is from a co-operative perspective.”
