Companies are no longer ignoring
the strategic role that technology plays in their organizations, and their management teams are reflecting that change in attitude. According to a recent survey by the Cutter Consortium, an Arlington, Mass.-based IT consultancy, 70 per cent of CIOs report to the CEO, and 69 per cent of CIOs are on their company’s senior management team.
