Consumers in Western Europe will spend 750 million euros (US$870 million) on downloading software to mobile phones in 2003, in a market that is still immature and dominated by small, independent businesses, according to a Gartner Inc. report commissioned by Nokia Corp.
Speaking at the company’s Series 60 Global Applications Summit in Brussels last week, Nokia’s head of business to consumer sales channels Lea Myyryl
