OZ.COM has announced the formation of OZ Canada through the acquisition of a company recently established by Microcell Capitol II, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Microcell and Ericsson. According to OZ.COM, OZ Canada will function as an advanced application development centre for GPRS and third-generation (3G) wireless networks.
