Microsoft released the results of a survey on Wednesday that suggested Canadians would benefit from trading in their paper-based to-do lists for an electronic version.
Conducted by Kelton Research, Microsoft said the survey polled “thousands” of people in Canada, the United States, United Kingdom, France, Japan, Germany, Spain and Italy. Of that group, 78 per cent of Canadians said they relied on to-do lists for daily direction but leave some items on their lists for about 26 days before they’re done.
Microsoft used the statistics from the survey in conjunction with comments from a professional organizer to imply that running to-do lists on a Windows Mobile device would make them more effective in getting through their lists.
