Oracle buying spree may intensify integration issues
Oracle Corp.’s spate of acquisitions has, so far, failed to deliver the promise of significant financial gains and increased market leadership for the Redwood Shores, Calif.-based company, according to an industry analyst. Oracle’s buying spree may also be spreading the company too thin, and causing uncertainty about its product roadmap, said Janet White, research analyst at London, Ont.-based Info-Tech Research Group Inc.
