With regard to Stefan Dubowski’s article on the misuse of the term “Engineer” (“Engineer name battle rages,” March 8, page 16), I wonder if the drivers of the CP and CN trains in Canada need to get permission from APEGGA (Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta) or CCPE (Canadian Council of Professional Engineers) to call themselvers Engineers?
