CIOs debate cloud computing’s most disruptive aspects

Cloud computing is often described by enterprise IT professionals as an old idea that’s finally come into its own, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t mean major changes in the way companies manage technology. 

 
In the second of our CIO Canada Debate series, we continue to look at technologies whose broader adoption might influence the Canada’s competitiveness vis-a-via its global counterparts. Rankings from the World Economic Forum have suggested Canada is lagging overall in competitiveness.
