Gavin K. Welbourn has left The Loyalty Group, where he spent four years as Senior Vice President and CIO, in order to take the reins of Sigma Global Solutions, Toronto. As president, his main responsibility will be extending the firm’s Onshore/Offshore delivery model.
Peter Grant was recently promoted from Manager, Information Systems, to Deputy Director, Information Management Services and CIO with the BC Securities Commission. IMS is a new division within the Commission. Mr. Grant has been with the Securities Commission for three years. Prior to that he was with the Vancouver Stock Exchange. He also spent six years with the Canadian Venture Exchange, where he was Manager, Systems Development.
