Toronto-based companies Cape Clear Software and New Toronto Group Monday announced a Canadian Web Services partnership.
Cape Clear is a Web Services technology provider. Under the agreement, software reseller New Toronto Group will market and sell Cape Clear’s Web Services product line to Canadian enterprises.
New Toronto Group will also provide consulting and education services centred around Cape Clear technology, the companies said.
The agreement is part of the Cape Clear’s strategy to align with business partners towards developing and deploying “real-world” Web Services-based solutions, said Hugh Grant, CTO at Cape Clear Software in a prepared statement.
Grant commented that Web Services are changing the economics of integrating corporate IT systems.
Web Services are designed to simplify application integration, said Ed Van Beilen, a principal with New Toronto Group in a statement.
“We are excited about the opportunity to be Cape Clear’s representatives in the Canadian marketplace,” Van Beilen said.
