Security training in the new age of work from home (WFH)

As work rapidly shifts from an office environment to individual homes, security has never been more important. Which means security training is now critical too.

While cyber criminals may be emboldened by the exponential growth in endpoints to test for vulnerabilities, human error is still overwhelmingly the primary cause of cyber security breaches. If the security workshops held over pizza on patching, credential management, or complicated password policies ever really worked, they are not an option for the foreseeable future.

The secret is to provide training that is personalized and carried out so attendees can absorb material at their own pace. Rather than have employees feel they are being tested, let them measure their success with a risk score and a personal dashboard.
