This is obviously designed to promote the consulting services of the vendor involved, but as case study clips go I think this is pretty great. The IT manager is articulate about the business challenges his organization faces, how the system is evolving and the impact on users. It'd be great to see more of these kinds of videos about Canadian firms. Which is a job, of course, for all of us at IT World Canada.
