This clip from IMD Business School in the States focuses on a discussion that will be familiar to many IT managers. I like the exercise the professor describes, even though I could imagine how it might make some people cringe. As for his character types, I'd like to think I'm a business impact person but on my bad days I'm probably still a traditionalist. Cool dialogue.
