I’ve never made it to this event, but it’s one that interests me more than most. For the uninitiated, Pink Elephant is a Canadian success story in the area of the IT Infrastructure Library, and their conference is a Mecca for anyone who’s serious about IT service management. This clip seems more like an ad than anything educational. Hopefully they’ll post more soon on their YouTube Channel, also known as PinkerTube.
