Malcolm Fry is an author who has written several books on the IT Infrastructure Library set of best practices, and in this clip he makes the business case for exploring the framework in greater detail. Some solid points here, and while clearly promotional, there's enough ideas to help justify the time and resources that would be spent implementing ITIL, even in parts. Enjoy.
