I’ve seen stuff on YouTube before with out-of-work technology professionals pitching themselves to prospective employers, but not as much from the recruiting side looking for IT staff. This is for a job in Indianapolis, but I’m posting it because it gets me thinking about complaints I’ve heard from readers that companies are too specific in the requirements for some jobs. With the need for five years-plus experience and expertise in a niche SAP product, this may fall into that category, but you tell me. If nothing else, it shows that some companies are still in the market for tech talent, despite the looming recession.
