I guess IBM is doing a new round of commercials on IT service management. Interesting to see that one of the organizations they feature is the Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan, whose Raj Dutta discusses security from an endpoint perspective. Not sure if “doing the right thing” is really a vision, but the challenges he describes are true to life.
