Hello and welcome to the Project Leadership blog. As projects become increasingly larger and more complex, interest in how projects can be managed more successfully has also increased. I hope to feature discussion in this blog on what organisations are doing, what the research is saying and how we can do things better.
My approach to project management stresses that we need to bring together solid project management processes with a strong capability to manage people and work effectively with organisations. This is the approach that features in my online Project Leadership Programme from the University of Waterloo and I hope to use this blog to share this approach.
