Well a lot has happened since I left Ottawa on the 17th of November.

The Federal IT 911 event that I hosted has gotten the attention of the

Shahid Minto, procurement ombudsman for the Office of the Procurement General of Canada. Minto has lots of experience working with Public Works and Government Services Canada. He was Public Works' chief risk officer a few years ago. I think this is a good sign and hopefully Minto can meet with Kelly Bizeau of Marketworks about this matter.

As for Bizeau, CDN Government Reseller's top story yesterday featured a video that was meant for this blog post. Sorry about that. You can view that video by clicking here.

The video for this blog has me talking to Bizeau and market analyst Michelle Warren of MW Research & Consulting of Toronto shortly after the conclusion of Federal IT 911 event.

One quick hit before I go. David Paolini, ex of Digital Equipment Canada and Lenovo Canada is now with solution provider Clarity Systems.
