The fine line between CRM and nagging has been crossed

It’s being called a “Facebook poke with a business brain.” Dex, a customer relationship management startup, pores through your contacts in Outlook or LinkedIn and grades you on the strength of your relationships. “(It’s) not to make a sale, not to get a job, just to nudge the relationship,” explains CNet News.com. We don’t know about other companies, but nudging important contacts is what got Shark Tales where it is today. We stop short of poking them, though. But only because HR tells us not to.
