Orlando – When business software vendor SAP AG (NYSE: SAP) launched its Fast Start program in Canada, the idea that a company in the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) space could get up and running on SAP Business All-in-One in just 30 days was greeted with some scepticism.

In one sign though that any scepticism may have been misplaced, Toronto-based SAP partner Contax Inc. was recognized at the vendor's Sapphire user conference this week with a Pinnacle award as SAP's fastest growing partner in the world in the SME segment, thanks in part to its strong leveraging of the Fast Start program.

In this CDN video, SAP Canada's vice-president of SME, Conrad Mandala, discusses the success of Fast Start and Michael Pearson, president of Contax, explains how his company grew in a year when others retreated.
