Woodbridge, ON-based RuggedCom has released a Microsoft Windows version of its enterprise-grade network management software platform, RuggedNMS. Designed for the rugged communications industry, the server-based application can be accessed via any Web browser on the network.
“RuggedNMS provides a comprehensive platform for monitoring, configuring and maintaining mission-critical IP-based communications networks,” states the release. Features include: centralized management and monitoring of network and networked devices, scalable and distributed architecture, greater network visibility, Web-based UI, pre-packaged reports, tools for user-defined reports and extensive notifications.
A Linux-based version is also available.
