Late last night I got a call from Bryant Jackson, the CEO of MetaFore and he told CDN that any talk of a proposed MetaFore/Xwave deal is incorrect.
He also said that no deal is being discussed, nor were there any discussions between the two firms about an acquisition.
You have to take Jackson at his word on this matter. He is a smart person. A man with a lot of character. He is also the CEO of the company. The best course of action if a deal was on the table is not to talk to the press. The fact that he has tells me there is no deal.
It is always interesting and fun to speculate, but that’s all this was.
