Next week we’ll be hosting one of the most important events in our calendar: the 13th annual Lac Carling Congress, which takes place in Niagara-on-the-Lake June 14-17. This is an invite-only conference that brings together all three levels of government to talk about technology and how it can be used to improve service delivery to citizens and create greater efficiency and effectiveness in the public sector.

Although we launched a community server for Lac Carling last year, we’ve completely revamped it based on feedback and a thorough review. This clip is part of a playlist of videos available at Lac Carling that will walk people through the site, showing them how to manage their profiles, get information and, yes, even use Twitter.
