Globalive ownership

Globalive Wireless is one of several new entrants who hope to inject more competition in the celluar industry, now dominated by Bell, Rogers and Telus. But Globalive is depending on a lot of financing from Orascom Telecom. Is Orascom's influence too great? Is foreign ownership of telecom carriers important? We want to hear from you.
