ARM Ltd. of Cambridge, England has released a developer tool for wireless devices. RealView Development Suite 4.0 Professional works on wireless Internet clients and smart phones.

Features include link-time code generation, which the vendor says will reduce code size. It also includes profiler-driven compilation, which is said to allow code to be optimized based on actual use.
It supports Cortex-R4 and Cortex-A9 processors, plus Texas Instruments OMAP 3, Marvell Feroceon Dragonite v5TE and v6T2 cores, as awell as Faraday FA526, FA626 and FA626TE.
