Arc improves operator centre application

Arc Solutions, whichdevelops unified communications applications for Cisco Systems hasannounced the release of the latest enhanced version of its ArcEnterprise Premium operator centre software. It now has a new userinterface with new feature icons. Scalable text and icons have alsobeen included, to ensure that telephone operators can choose how theyview the console and are able to work as effectively as possible. Inaddition, support is now included for the E164 numbering standard,which the company says creates a powerful directory which can scalemore easily and share data with other applications. Arc Click-2-dial isalso now available, enabling operators to transfer calls directly toany number that appears in any desktop application – providing instantintegration into business applications without needing additionalsoftware. Console languages now include Russian, Arabic and Chinese.
