The Toronto area’s available inventory for Amazon’s HQ2

A new Amazon headquarters in Toronto would bolster local talent and encourage other companies to follow suit, proponents of the project suggest. But where would HQ2 be located?

Torontorentals.com predicts rents could increase by 0.5 per to 0.9 per cent, resulting in annual rent increases of 2.8 to 3.1 per cent, if Amazon chose Toronto as its new HQ2 hub.
