Speeding spare parts replacement

In a slowing economy, companies are more motivated to find ways to efficiently maintain existing equipment instead of purchasing new – and they are also less likely to want to implement expensive, software-based solutions. An Internet-based solution formally introduced in March 2001 by Toronto-based NRX may be the ‘just-in-time’ answer to a painful industry problem: tracking down parts to keep a well-oiled operation producing 24-7.
