Dialogic is now part of emFAST’s FACSys Green Network Fax Solutions, whereby users can exchange hardware for one of three bundles. In exchange for their hardware, which emFAST promises to recycle, customers would get either the Boardless Fax-over IP bundle, the Digital RoHS Bundle or the Analog RoHS bundle.

The FACSys product is capable of clusterin over several servers, active load balancing and failover. It also has integration tools so users can link to business processes that originate faxes. It also includes a search function for documents stored on the network.
