Enterasys is eyeing the Canadian market

In February 2000, Cabletron Systems Inc. split itself into four separate entities, one of which was devoted to the firm’s enterprise network equipment business. Dubbed Enterasys Networks, the firm appointed Cabletron’s executive vice-president and CIO, Henry Fiallo, as its first president. After 14 months at the helm, Fiallo sat down with Network World Canada Editor Greg Enright at last month’s Networld+Interop show in Las Vegas to discuss the company’s progress so far, its future focus and its approach to the Canadian market.
