Ekahau Vision locates and shows assets in real-time via WiFi

WiFi-based real-time location system vendor Ekahau released today its new Ekahau Vision product, which will allow Ekahau users to automatically monitor on any Internet-enabled device tagged asset and people locations via a Web-based visual interface.

The program can deliver such details as the location of assets, timestamps of the last-known location, location history and event management (including identifying equipment maintenance schedules).

The user-friendliness of the RIA-based program cuts down on training time, while a dashboarding feature allows users to get information they need quickly.
