Telecom foreign ownership restrictions archaic: Report Forrester Research Inc. published a report by Montreal-based Brownlee Thomas stating Bell Canada Enterprises Inc., Rogers Communications Inc. and Telus Corp. have a stranglehold on the wireless market in Canada.
