LTE, or Long Term Evolution wireless, is a 4G standard that will let users transfer data at speeds approaching 100 Megabits per second over wireless cellular networks. Though there is a lot of talk about LTE right now, most of Canada's telecommunications carriers have upgraded to High Speed Packet Access (HSPA), which provides up to 7, 21 or even 42 Mbps depending on the mode.
