There’s an iPhone app for your food allergies

Among the nominees for the ITAC 10th Annual IT Hero Awards this year is Waterloo-based Visdatec, builders of a smart phone app that can help you avoid an allergic reaction to certain food types

 

MyFoodFacts is currently available through the Apple App Store.

 

The IT Hero Awards program was developed in 2001 by ITAC in partnership with Industry Canada.
