IT WORLD CANADA CURATED: Another ERP integration tale of woe, this one coming from a university during the opening week

A student's first week at university can be hard, especially if it's out of town. Dealing with a new residence, new classes, new buildings and few friends can be stressful.

Blame is focused on a communications problems in a new financial aid module in the university's Oracle PeopleSoft ERP suite. Oracle looked after the integration.
