Waterloo, Ont.-based OpenText releases a transactional content processing tool to cut the cost and increase productivity around mission critical business processes. Intuitive user interfaces facilitate management

Enterprise content management technology vendor Open Text Corp. is helping enterprises optimize workflow in high-volume mission critical business processes with the launch of a new “fully integrated” offering.

The Transactional Content Processing (TCP) tool is geared towards tasks like invoicing, order or claims processing and customer request handling so that companies can increase productivity, cut costs and transform business operations.

The Waterloo, Ont.-based company said the TCP tool has “familiar intuitive user interfaces” for managing transactional content like paper documents, e-mail or electronic forms within the context of business processes.

"Business processes that get initiated by incoming content and externally via e-mail or online forms are becoming increasingly important in industries with large numbers of customers, partners or suppliers," said Michael Cybala, Director of Program and Product Management, TCP Solutions at Open Text.
