Once again, hackers are exploiting a desire among ordinary people to see naked pictures. A Trojan, dubbed Pushdo.EV, which sends out animated cards promising nude photos are attached, was the biggest individual threat for March, according to Fortinet Inc.
Fortinet, a Sunnyvale, Calif.-based security vendor, this week published its report on malware activity in March. Topping the list of individual threats was Pushdo.EV, with 13.5 per cent of detections. Nearly a third of malware activities detected fell into the Trojan family, while 39 per cent of activities were mass mailers.

The most prevalent mass mailer was Netsky!similar, which was present in 9.5 per cent of detected threats, while the MyTob.BH, MyTob.FR and Bagle.DY mailers were each present in nearly two per cent of threats.
The fastest-growing individual threat was the Virut.A virus, which last month was the fourth-most prevalent threat, up from 29th place in the previous edition of the report.
