IDC: Oracle holds #1 CRM revenue share

Oracle holds 11 per cent of total CRM revenue, the analyst firm says

IDC has reported that Oracle Corp. holds the top spot for revenue as a CRM provider, which includes sales automation, marketing automation, customer service, and call centre.

Oracle has been slower than its rivals (like Salesforce.com) to enter emerging technology markets, like Software-as-a-Service, but it's still leading the pack.
