Both get full access to the management GUI of IP3 NetAccess gateways, but the BlackBerry can also reach the command line with a third-party SSH client

Philadelphia-based Second Rule LLC has certified Apple's iPhone and Wi-Fi-enabled BlackBerry devices from Waterloo, Ont.-based Research in Motion as client devices for its IP3 NetAccess gateways. Both smart phones have also been certified as management devices for the IP3 NetAccess X-Series enterprise and visitor-based network gateways. Network managers can access the management graphical user interface of the gateway from any remote location with Wi-Fi or EDGE network access, according to the company. The RIM devices can also access the NetAccess command line prompt through a third-party secure shell (SSH) client.
