This makes me think of Robert Townsend ("Up the organization") or it might have been Gerald Weinberg ("Psychology of Computer Programming") - something along the lines of "If a programmer is indispensable, Fire the manager".

Four hours of Solitaire is a sign of someone who is SERIOUSLY bored by their job, so eliminate the useless job or move the lady upwards to a spot where she can use her brain.

How different is this from the poor mangy lion pacing about in his/her/its cage?

I found phil's comment more helpful that this article. I am thinking of switching to koodo and I was really worried about my "$31" bill becoming $45 or so a month to pay for my phone. the only thing i was worried about was if it is added to or taken off of your original bill. Thanks Phil. :)

Simple: in browser search engines, or google as a homepage. Its simpler and much easier to type 'facebook' in google instead of www.facebook.com, since spelling it wrong will have google correct it for you, whereas trying to type it in can result in getting sent to the wrong email. Also, Canadians are much higher users of facebook relative to population size...
