Net neutrality be damned: get your free traffic shaping tool

SeriousBit has announced a downloadable traffic shaping tool, NetBalancer 1.1. The developer says users can set traffic rate limits and network priorities targeted at people downloading movies and music.

SeriousBit says the software does not limit low-priority applications when they are the only ones on the network.

It runs on Windows XP 2003 and Vista. A single-user license costs $29.95 and a free 30-day trial is available at this link.

If you download this software and find it useful, come back and rate it. And if you’ve got links to useful downloads, e-mail ‘em to us using the e-mail link.
