A full hour of conversation on IT leadership

These women know what they're talking about. Or at least they should.

This year's CIO Association of Canada Peer Forum, held at the Old Mill in Toronto, offered a lot of interesting agenda items but perhaps nothing was as significant as this power panel, which convened five very smart CIOs to discuss the most pressing issue for this community, which is becoming more strategic than technical. We normally cap out on videos at about five minutes around here, but this time we're experimenting by offering a more in-depth presentation of the event. Enjoy.

As a side note, I'm going to be taking off a few weeks to welcome the birth of my second child and to spend time with my growing family. All the best until about May 21.
