Ken Weilerstein Peter Grant and James Lundy

On September 24, 2002, Dell Computer announced an agreement with Lexmark International. Dell will immediately make Lexmark its preferred supplier of printers. Dell will also work with Lexmark to develop its own brand of inkjet and laser printers as well as aftermarket printer cartridges. Dell will offer these printers and supplies via direct sales, starting in 1H03.
