Toronto-based risk management software provider Resolver Inc. has chosen Fusepoint Managed Services to host its governance risk and compliance product suite.
Resolver said it selected Fusepoint because of the company’s commitment to service and security. Recently, Fusepoint announced the completion of the PCI Audit Compliance certification as well as the adoption of VMWare services for both internal and external customer operations.
Under the agreement, Fusepoint will give Resolver a fully managed environment in which its certified technical support team will manage all elements of its IT infrastructure, including the hardware, operating system, database, firewall security, bandwidth, data back-up and end-to-end monitoring and reporting.
Resolver said that assuring its growing list of fortune 1000 clients of a secure and certified hosting environment was crucial determining factor in making the deal.
