Oki Data now offers PaperCut management

Organizations with Oki Data multifunction and single function printers have another software management solution available from the manufacturer.

The company said Monday its partners are reselling PaperCut MF, a print job accounting and management software that works for its regular multifunction and open platform MFPs.

PaperCut MF can be combined with card reader systems to give better control over the use of printers to cut costs and ensure unauthorized printing is eliminated, Oki Data said. The software can enforce individual print limits, require duplex printing, force black and white printing and redirect large print jobs to high-volume copiers.
