NVisionIT earns Microsoft CRM certification

Specialist Microsoft Corp. enterprise solution provider nVisionIT has been awarded Certified Software Advisor (CSA) status for Microsoft Business Solutions CRM. According to Helen Mills, head of nVisionIT’s CRM division, the company has successfully delivered CRM solutions on the Microsoft platform over the past three years.

“This has translated into a thorough understanding of the CRM market within the local context. With the CSA certification, we are now able to deliver our proven approach to a CRM implementation — including broad experience of integrating line of business and backend applications — with the backing of Microsoft’s official endorsement,” she says.

CSA-certified companies are required to demonstrate a defined level of expertise with Microsoft CRM, and are thus better able to assist customers to achieve successful solutions.

With the Microsoft platform growing in popularity among businesses seeking the benefits of a standardized platform with ready access to support and skills, nVisionIT has added the CSA certification to its Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status for .Net solutions, and Microsoft Business Solutions Partner status for Great Plains.

“At nVisionIT, we believe certification adds the assurance of proven quality to the solutions we provide our customers. Particularly in the CRM space, where many initiatives have failed to deliver on their promises, our customers can be assured of effective and efficient CRM projects,” Mills concludes.
