Comdex attendees taking slow road to 10 gigabit Ethernet

Box builders and industry analysts may well talk about networks pumping data at a blistering 10 gigabits per second through the LAN as if this “10 gig Ethernet” revolution were just around the corner. But judging by the words of one network specialist, users aren’t exactly screaming for the next big thing in throughput.
