Bombardier Aerospace is a world leader in the design and manufacture of innovative aviation products and services for the business, regional and amphibious aircraft markets. The firm has produced an unparalleled 15 new aircraft programs since 1989.

The company employs about 26,800 people worldwide, including a working IT staff of over 1000.

Bombardier delivered 337 aircraft for its fiscal year ended January 31, 2006, up from 329 aircraft deliveries in the previous fiscal year. Ninety of the business aircraft delivered in the past fiscal year were the company’s latest business jets: the Global Express XRS, Bombardier Global 5000, Challenger 300 and Learjet 40 XR.

It has full design and production capabilities in Montreal, Toronto, Wichita, Kansas, and Belfast, Northern Ireland.
